If you had an account with us prior to April 2022, your account was migrated to the new vault location. It requires that you establish your password.  So you have to click an activation button, which will bring you to a page that asks you to RESET YOUR PASSWORD.  You can enter your old password, but it has to be set initially.

If you have multiple emails, you’ll need to pick just one.  Multiple accounts will cause issues if you purchase as a guest.  Please get in touch with us, and let us know which should be your primary email.

If you can’t find the Activation email, Click here to self-activate.

And if you already activated but can’t remember your password – DONT WORRY.  Just click this button to reset your password.  Your username is your email addressPassword Reset.
