Rosarito is 20 miles south of San Diego and about 30 miles north of Ensenada.  Rosarito is a city or town in the state of Baja North, Mexico.

The growing city now claims 100,000 residents.  As of 2019 and has become political in recent years with it’s handling of raw sewage in the Pacific Ocean.

Rosarito is home to many expatriate Americans as well as home to many wealthy Tijuanans.  As a popular “summer home at the shore.” for affluent Mexicans across the country.  Beachfront property in Rosarito is about 1/10 the cost in San Diego.

The city still lacks adequate sewage system or water system.  No mail system exist either.  It is not possible for an American to purchase land within 25 miles of the ocean.
